We are not in the business of selling or providing your personal data or email lists to any other companies.  The information is used only for our marketing purposes, as stated when you sign up. What personal data do we collect and how do we use it?

• For Purchases: When you purchase a Subscription, we collect your name, address, email and phone number, which is stored in your account information on our website. This information is used only to contact you. As needed, we will use your email to update you on a product change/correction or order assistance. Your personal information will never be transferred, sold or given to any other entity without your consent.Payment transactions are handled solely via PayPal service. • For Newsletter and Marketing Content: When you sign up for our newsletter, we only use the email information you provided when signing up for the newsletter to send you promotional emails, notifiying customers of sales, new designs, of new blog posts, a promotion and to check in to make sure you still want to receive the emails. We will never provide any of your information from this list to other companies. We use MailChimp to deliver our newsletter. Through their service, we gather statistics regarding how many emails were opened, viewed, and/or clicked to help up monitor and improve our newsletters to you all.   You can unsubscribe easily using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by sending an email to support@primaprotv.cloud.
• Your online browsing activities: Our websites use cookies to collect information. This includes information about browsing and purchasing activities by customers who access our website. This includes information about pages viewed and products purchased. This information is only used help us personalize and improve our website. • Other publicly available personal data: This includes any data that you have publicly shared a social media platform (such as a Instagram post, public Facebook page, Pinterest post or Twitter feed). Please reference their privacy policies for more information.

Where we store your personal data?

Any personal information you provide to us is stored on our secured servers using a Hostinger; hosting service. You are solely responsible for the security of the password you selected when you created your account. For your security, do not share this password with anybody else. If you feel your password is not complex enough, you may securely reset it anytime by accessing your information via My Account page.

How do we protect your information?

To ensure your personal data is safe and secure, here are the steps we have taken.

• Encryption of Data using SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology:  When navigating the website, all transaction details are encrypted up to the time you access our PayPal payment gateway, which has their own data encryption processes. As stated prior, we do not store any personal financial information on our servers. Actual financial transactions are managed by PayPal.
• Security controls: We use a Third party Security service to maintain the security of our website and protect the website data, including all your personal data from unauthorized access.

Third Party Analytics Services.

Simply Crafty SVGs uses some third party analytical services, such as Google Analytics, to help us understand more about our customers and what they are looking for. This helps us to make improvements to our website and services. These services collect information like cookies and IP address only, but no personal data. Your Rights

At any time, you have the right to view, change or delete your personal information from our website. To view or make changes, log into My Account to view and change any personal information that we have, which is minimal.
