REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
PRIMA PRO TV LLC Provide 60 days money-back guarantee, We allow our customers to request refunds without questions or conditions, Just contact us and send us the email that you subscribed to, with this word “I want my full refund” We will respond to you as soon as possible in order to complete the refund process (if you want to help us, you can mention the reason for requesting the refund in order to improve our service)
We can also give you a full refund if:
1. The Service not received: The Service were not delivered to the customer within the scheduled delivery time.
2. Repeat payment: The customer made repeated payment to one order.
3. Sometimes we need your assistance to verify payment information. If you refuse it or do not respond to our request within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately. For account orders, if you do not complete verification within 2 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
4. When your payment amount is less than the order amount, you will have the opportunity to make up the balance. If you refuse it or do not respond within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
In the following cases, I’m afraid we can’t refund to customers:
1. Upon expiry of 60 days of guarantee.
2. When your monthly or annual subscription expires.
3. For any reason other than the two reasons listed above, We’ll Refund you.
The refund will be returned to the customer account or bank card.
*Special case: If you pay by “paysafecard” or “boku”, you should provide a usable Paypal account or Skrill account to get refund.
The cardholder is eligible for a refund for 60 days after purchasing a service or a product.
Refund processing time:
We’ll process the refund request in 3 working days, but the exact time of refund is determined by the processing speed of the different banks.
